HTB Electrical Contractors LTD was formed in October 1990. It has grown from a small family run concern into a medium sized company & is now firmly established in the industry as a reputable contractor. Since it's conception our company's goal has been to provide a professional friendly service with customer satisfaction, safety & environmental concerns at the core of all we do.

We currently operate from our head office in Sunderland. We employ around forty full time staff & a small number of sub contractors.

In 2008 we moved into the field of renewable energies, with the help from a new director who has vast experience in the industry. We are currently involved in offshore wind turbine installations utilising our highly trained squad of installation & QA staff. This squad is trained in ladder safety/rope access, boat access, first aid, high voltage switching, senior authorized persons and permit to work systems.

Our Personnel

Our personnel are highly skilled and fully trained to the highest standards.

All HTB personnal are off-shore and TTS5UR (Working Heights) trained. All off-shore perssonel are fully first aid trained and hold an ENG1 medical.

Our core squad are trained in Ladder Safety, Rope Access, Confind Space Rescue & First Aid.

All our personnel are authorised and trained for their relative competance with a continuous update of training as new technology and installation methods develop
